Origin:
After Godzilla defeated King Ghidora in 1992, the monster lay at the
bottom of the sea near death. Emi Kano used the time travel machine MOTHER
to travel to the 23rd century and try to revive Ghidora with the intent of
using it to stop Godzilla's rampage across Japan. Ghidora was barely alive
in the year 2204 and only had two of its heads. The damaged biological parts
of the creature were replaced with cybernetic parts and Emi brought the new
cyborg back to Tokyo 1992 to face Godzilla in the conclusion of Godzilla
vs. King Ghidora.
